About This Event

Curious about what is happening in the fashion tech space here in Atlanta? Join us for an evening with Atlanta's fashion and technology community and a chance to hear from some really cool companies and start-ups in the fashion tech space. At this event, you'll have the opportunity to meet and network with other fashion and technology professionals in the city.

The goal of the event is to create a space for networking and highlight panelists that will introduce and share their work in fashion tech. You’ll enjoy an evening of mingling, drinks, and good conversations while learning about the latest in the fashion tech industry.

Okey NwokeFounder,
F-Collective

Okey Nwoke is the founder and CEO of the F-Collective, a community that brings together Atlanta's top talent in the thriving fashion technology industry. He blends years of experience as a wardrobe stylist and former model with more than 10 years of information technology management. Okey works with fashion brands to push creative boundaries and possibilities in identifying and developing intersections for incorporating technology into the ethos of fashion, product innovation, and design. 
Okey is a big believer in breaking down silos and connecting the dots between the fashion and tech world in Atlanta and unlocking the huge potential of the city.

 

Jessica CouchOwner,
Luxor + Finch Consulting

Jessica Couch is a fit technology experts in the fashion technology space and owner of Luxor + Finch Consulting. She received her undergraduate degree from North Carolina State University's world-renowned College of textiles and her Master’s in Digital Innovation and Fit from Cornell University. Since the completion of her Master’s, she has worked with and advised numerous companies, brands, and retailers in the fit technology space as well as brands. Ricardo Spicer is co-founder of AxS GRNTD, a boutique service agency with a focus on helping clients strategically utilize virtual reality, augmented reality, & mixed reality solutions to creatively communicate brand messaging to their end consumers. Spicer is a 16 year marketing and music industry vet with specialties in brand strategy, consumer activations, and partnership marketing. His efforts have helped some of the biggest artists including Justin Biebier, Kanye West, Jay-Z, Sugarland, Bon Jovi, Rihanna, and many others.

 

Felicia RuizThe Assembly Line

Felicia Ruiz’s work is informed by a decade of nationwide experience in fashion marketing. Upon graduating with a BS in Fashion Merchandising from Georgia Southern University, Felicia began her career in NYC’s Fashion District in a Multi Line Showroom.

In 2011, Felicia forayed her vast industry knowledge into a career as an independent consultant, utilizing her marketing acumen to support new designers and fashion startups in the South and Midwest. Among other successful collaborations, she joined forces with Savannah-based apparel brand Mamie Ruth, expanding the company’s retail presence from 5 stores to 55.

In 2015 Felicia joined forces with the founding members of Factory Girls, a curated fashion incubator fostering local designers. Offering expert branding and business consultation, an in-depth knowledge of the wholesale industry, and a dedication to the success of her clients, she is excited to offer her expertise to designers at every stage of their career. Her value-added forte is igniting brand growth from conception to retail and e-Commerce which lead to the launch of her Consulting Agency- Assembly Line in the Spring of 2018.
