DEI expands beyond just “black and white” concepts. Diveristy of thought can help to create ROI that is Lasting and inclusive.
Women of Color Worldwide was a brunch series that brought together women of color in the fashion and beauty space for conversation on innovation, diversity and best practices. During covid when in-person meetings were restricted, I led the charge to present a series for our audience focusing on beauty and fashion.
Original Series: Canna Conversations
I led the development of our company’s cannabis retail vertical. The Canna Conversations event series, was an originally developed series to help bring together the community of women of color in cannabis to help shed light on issues and advance innovative practices in the space.
